Step One:

 

Locate any gun on any website. During the checkout process you will be asked to select an FFL dealer in your area that the gun can be shipped to (it cannot be shipped directly to you). Select Scott Manion from the FFL dealers list they provide, If you don't see us on their list, contact us and we will provide them with the necessary documents. After you select an FFL, you can finish the checkout process and the gun will be shipped to us.

Step Two:

 

When your gun arrives we will call you and make an appointment to come out and pickup your gun. At that time we will process the paperwork, perform a background check and send you home with your new gun. We charge $40.00 for this service which includes the $10.00 background check fee charged by the Oregon State Police
